Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition in which it was received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages & Issues

We take great care in crafting and packaging each order. Please inspect your item upon arrival and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Due to the personalized nature of our offerings:

  • Custom and Bespoke items are non-returnable and non-refundable, as each piece is made-to-order or tailored to your unique specifications.
  • Gift cards and promotional items are also non-returnable.

If you have concerns about your custom or bespoke order, we invite you to reach out—we review each case with care and consideration.

Adjustment & Alterations Policy

We are committed to ensuring every garment fits and feels exactly as intended. To support this, we offer the following adjustment guidelines:

Initial Fitting

  • All Made-to-Measure (MTM) and Made-to-Order (MTO) garments include one complimentary round of adjustments after delivery.
  • Adjustments cover standard tailoring needs such as hem length, sleeve length, or minor fit refinements.

Additional Alterations

  • If further alterations are requested beyond the complimentary round, they will be subject to an additional tailoring fee.
  • Fees vary depending on the scope of work and will be communicated clearly before any adjustments are made.

Timeline

  • Complimentary adjustments must be requested within 14 days of receiving your garment.
  • Additional alterations may extend the delivery timeline; our team will provide an updated estimate at the time of request.

Exclusions

  • Adjustments do not include redesigns, fabric changes, or style modifications beyond the original order.
  • Ready-to-Wear (RTW) items are not eligible for complimentary adjustments but may be tailored at the client’s expense.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
